Orders for delivery to a BFPO address must be placed by telephone and are subject to size and weight restrictions as given on the above link page.

We are pleased to accept orders from all European Union countries, shipping costs are calculated at the checkout, please add the items to our basket, click on the “shipping estimator”, change to your country and click on “update”. The shipping cost will be shown.

Delivery Schedule

STANDARD
DELIVERY

Mainland UK (England and Wales)
Most orders should be with you within 7 working days (excluding weekend and public holidays) but this may be extended at busy periods without notice.


Deliveries are usually made between 8.30am and 6pm (this may vary).


UK Offshore
Allow up to 10 working days.

European Orders
Allow up to 14 working days.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

This option is available for UK mainland orders only. Orders received before 10am Mon-Fri are usually despatched the same day and delivered in 1-2 days, mostly next day. Orders received after 10am will not be processed until the next working day. For instance, any Express Delivery orders placed after 10am on a Friday will not ship from our warehouse until the following Monday (excludes Public Holidays), for delivery Tuesday/Wednesday.

Deliveries are made between 8.30am and 6pm (this may vary).

Please note that the Express Delivery services can be subject to delay from unavoidable circumstances outside of the control of the courier and whilst they are usually delivered on a next day service this is not guaranteed.

NEXT DAY BEFORE 1PM

This option is available for UK mainland orders only. Orders received before 12 noon Mon-Fri are usually despatched the same day and delivered before 1pm the next working day. Orders received after 12 noon will not be processed until the next working day. For instance, if you order after 12 noon on a Friday your order will be despatched on Monday and will arrive before 1pm on Tuesday (excludes Public Holidays).

SATURDAY

This option is available for Mainland England and Wales only. Orders received before 3pm on a Friday will be despacthed for delivery on the following Saturday.

OTHER PREMIUM DELIVERIES

We use various couriers to ship your delivery. You will be informed which courier is used in your despatch email.

Short Delivery and Damaged Goods

Any damages or shortages on a delivery must be reported WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY by TELEPHONE, no claims will be entertained after this time. Orders received after 4pm on a Friday can be reported by 12pm Monday.

IMPORTANT - All deliveries need to be signed for. If there is no-one available to sign, then a card will be left by the courier, a second attempt may be made on the next working day. If there is still no-one available the consignment will be held at the couriers depot for 3 days.

If you do not contact the courier to arrange collection or an alternative delivery day the consignment will be returned to us and you will be liable for the additional delivery charges and also for the cost of re-shipping the item(s). If your order is carriage “free” then we reserve the right to deduct the actual costs of shipping before a refund is made for a failed delivery that is returned to us.

Similarly, if after a delivery attempt has been made unsuccessfully and an alternative delivery address is required for the second attempt which lies outside the original delivery depot, an additional surcharge must be paid to cover courier transport costs from one depot to another.

With your purchase you will receive a leaflet containing important information which needs to be read before you use your new tent. A copy can be downloaded HERE

Back Orders

Out-of-stock goods will be forwarded automatically - you don’t need to contact us again. If the goods are not received within 30 days, as stated by the Distance Selling Regulations then the consumer has the right to cancel their order. Should you have any further queries, then please don’t hesitate to contact our customer services team.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the goods are received. Returns should be sent to:

Please ensure that you enclose your order number, name, address and contact telephone number with your goods and the reason for the return. Goods must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.

We expect you to return the item at your own cost, but not withstanding this should you exercise your right to cancel as per the above paragraph, we will ensure we make a refund to you within 30 days of the date of cancellation. If we have not received the item, or if you wish us to collect the item we reserve the right to deduct the cost of collecting the item before making a refund. Either way all you pay is the cost of the return postage.

You must notify us beforehand of your intention to return an item or items by telephone on 0844 335 2994, stating the reason for the return.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection we advise you to use a secure delivery service which requires a signature upon delivery. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working days cooling-off period; unwanted goods will be refunded less postage charges paid provided they are returned unused and in their original condition. If your order was carriage “free” then we will deduct the costs of shipping the item to you before refunding your original payment method. Any part use of a product will incur a deduction from the final refund amount. Refunds will be made to the original payment card within 30 days of receipt.

Any item returned under warranty must be complete with all components (unless asked otherwise) and be in a clean and dry condition. Any items received back in any other condition will be refused and you will have to pay for return carriage.
